حذف حساب Green House Line
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك المرتبطة به من التطبيق أو عبر البريد، دون الحاجة إلى تثبيت التطبيق.
من التطبيق
- سجّل الدخول إلى حسابك.
- افتح «حسابي» ثم اختر «حذف حسابي» أسفل الصفحة.
- راجع رسالة التأكيد ثم أكّد الحذف.
عبر البريد الإلكتروني
أرسل من البريد المسجّل بحسابك إلى ghline.bh@gmail.com بعنوان «طلب حذف حساب Green House Line». لا ترسل كلمة المرور. إذا فقدت الوصول إلى بريدك، تواصل معنا للتحقق من ملكية الحساب.
ماذا يحدث للبيانات؟
يُعطّل الحساب وتُزال بيانات الملف الشخصي، بما فيها الاسم والبريد والهاتف والعنوان والعناوين المحفوظة وإحداثياتها. تُلغى جلسات الدخول وروابط تسجيل الدخول الاجتماعي واشتراكات إشعارات الجهاز، وتُحذف السلة والمفضلة.
سجلات الطلبات والفواتير والمدفوعات وزيارات الصيانة السابقة تبقى محفوظة ولا تُحذف عند حذف الحساب، وذلك لأغراض الوفاء بالالتزامات وتسوية المعاملات. مدة الاحتفاظ بهذه السجلات بعد حذف الحساب هي سنة واحدة. يمكنك التواصل عبر البريد أعلاه للاستفسار عن بياناتك.
إذا كان لديك طلب أو زيارة قيد التنفيذ، تواصل معنا لإلغائها أو انتظر اكتمالها قبل حذف الحساب. حسابات إدارة المتجر تتطلب التواصل مع الإدارة.
Delete your Green House Line account
In the app, sign in, open Account (حسابي), select Delete my account (حذف حسابي), and confirm.
You can also request deletion without installing the app: email ghline.bh@gmail.com from your registered email with the subject “Green House Line account deletion”. Never send your password. Contact us for ownership verification if you cannot access your registered email.
Your account is disabled and profile details, saved addresses and coordinates, login sessions, social sign-in links, device notification registrations, cart and wishlist are removed. Past order, invoice, payment and maintenance records are retained and are not deleted when you delete your account to fulfil obligations and settle transactions. These records are retained for one year after account deletion. Contact us at the email above for questions about your data.
Active orders or visits must be completed or cancelled first; contact us for help. Store administrator accounts require assistance from the store administration.
